Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Preliminary list of top 10 violations released
OSHA’s preliminary list of the 10 most common workplace safety violations for fiscal year 2017 has been released and there is one new addition: fall protection– training requirements has made an appearance in ninth place with 1,523 violations.
